We are excited to announce the following new Cleantech Awards on Skipso:

GCCA Later Stage Award

The Global Cleantech Cluster Association (GCCA) creates momentum and moves the Cleantech market by building a global coordination and collaboration of Cleantech clusters and their member companies.

To find and build the next generation of global players in the Cleantech sector we are launching the first ever “GCCA Later Stage Award” – vetting out the most promising later stage Cleantech companies across the globe and introducing them to growth capital and management guidance.

Each of the 10 category winners will be awarded the official title “Best in Class – GCCA Later Stage Award 2011” and actively promoted to a leading, hand-selected investment community across the globe.

Newnet’s Cleantech Startup Challenge is a competition reserved for the most exciting and innovative start-ups focused on the environmental, clean technology or renewable energy sectors. The winner, as selected by NewNet’s expert judging panel, will get a free stand at this year’s Envirotech & Clean Energy Investor Summit as well as 2 free delegate passes and extensive exposure to a global network of over 50,000 relevant professionals via NewNet’s online news service.
